| The normal delivery time is within 2 - 3 working days within the UK and 5-7 days rest of the world. This can increase during busy periods. Contact either the courier or us if you are unable to receive the goods. Customers will have to pay an additional fee if re-delivery costs are incurred. We cannot be held responsible for any loss, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or company if there is failure to meet estimated delivery date. Delivery of custom made items may take 2 to 4 weeks from time of ordering. This can increase during busy periods. |
